He was out against Illinois and Michigan State due to a disciplinary issue.
Perry has six receptions this season for 144 yards and a touchdown during four games this season. He played in six games for Michigan in the 2015 campaign.
The 6-foot-0, 190-pound receiver will join Jehu Chesson, Amara Darboh, Eddie McDoom and Drake Harris as dangerous players who could make a big time impact against Maryland.
