Class of 2017 athlete Kevin Mensah will officially visit Michigan in January and will make his final decision in the late stages of that month.

When asked if he will visit, Mensah said, “In January.”
The 5-foot-9, 185-pound running back earned his preferred walk-on offer from the Wolverines on December 9th after taking an unofficial visit to the school on September 2nd.
“Michigan is an absolutely great school and the atmosphere is just beyond amazing,” he said. “I am planning on visiting one last time to Michigan and other schools to see how me and my family feel about it.”
Mensah has offers Bryant and Kentucky Christian. His offer to Michigan is as a preferred walk-on.
Prior to his senior season, Mensah transferred to Shepherd High School in Massachusetts. Mensah logged 1,444 all-purpose yards (1,255 rushing yards), 19 touchdowns, three interceptions, and one kick return for a touchdown during this senior year.
