Michigan long snapper Scott Sypniewski is seeking a graduate transfer for the 2017 season, according to his Twitter account.

Sypniewski played in 35 career games for Michigan. Former Michigan coach Brady Hoke offered him a scholarship in 2012. Sypniewski accepted the offer and signed with the Wolverines in 2013.
With the departure of Sypniewski, Michigan has 25 available scholorships. The Wolverines currently have 26 recruits committed.
Preferred walk-ons Andrew Robinson and Camaron Cheeseman will split the long snapping duties for Michigan next season. Robinson will be a junior and Cheeseman will be a sophomore.
Sypniewski played in every game for Michigan during the 2016 season.
