Louisville recruiting Twitter account casts a vote for Jabrill Peppers to win the Heisman

We’re in college football’s home stretch and that means awards season is upon us.

The battle for the Heisman Trophy was thought to be over because Louisville Cardinals quarterback Lamar Jackson is such an overwhelming favorite. But there are four other official finalists for the award, including Michigan Wolverines Swiss Army knife Jabrill Peppers.

He’s apparently got friends in high places.

That’s right, the official Twitter account of Louisville recruiting apparently cast a vote for Peppers online (although the tweet lived a short life before being deleted).

Good job, UL recruiting Twitter. You didn’t make the popular choice, you made the right choice.
