2017's Number One WR Among Those Visiting Wednesday

According to Steve Lorenz of Wolverine247 (FREE), 2017 five-star wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones is slated to be among those visiting Ann Arbor on Wednesday. Jones is the top-rated WR in his class and sits at sixth overall.

Top Michigan Target to Visit Wednesday

According to Steve Lorenz of Wolverine247 (FREE), one of Michigan's top 2017 targets will take an unofficial visit to Ann Arbor this Wednesday. Four-star cornerback Ambry Thomas (MI) will be in town along with several of his Cass Tech (Detroit) teammates.

Thomas sits at No. 13 at the cornerback position in the 2017 cycle and second overall in Michigan. He holds several offers, including programs such as Michigan State, Notre Dame, and LSU.

2017 4* RB Will Pay Michigan a Visit in March

Michigan is set to host 2017 four-star running back A.J. Dillon (MA) on March 22, per Steve Lorenz of Wolverine247 ($). Dillon is the 19th-ranked RB in his class and sits at first overall in the state of Massachusetts.

Dillon also holds offers from Boston College, Florida State, and Notre Dame, among others. New Michigan defensive coordinator Don Brown had a hand in recruiting Dillon at both BC and Michigan, so that is certainly a leg up for the Wolverines.

2017 Top150 LB Willie Gay High on Michigan

Michigan offered 2017 four-star linebacker Willie Gay (MS) earlier in the week, and he is already speaking very highly of the Wolverines. Per Steve Lorenz of Wolverine247 ($), Gay is anticipating communication from Michigan coaches in the near future. For more on what Gay said about Michigan, click here (you will need a subscription to 247Sports, however).

Gay also stated that he is looking forward to meeting Jabrill Peppers during a future visit to Ann Arbor. He is the 18th-ranked outside linebacker in his class and second overall in Mississippi.

2017 4* DE Receives Offer from Michigan

Per Tim Sullivan of Rivals (FREE), 2017 four-star defensive end Zachary Carter (FL) has received an offer from the Wolverines. Carter is ranked as the 3rd-best strong-side DE in his class and 16th overall in Florida.

Carter has several notable offers, including Clemson, Ohio State, and USC, among others. The Wolverines should have a legitimate shot at Carter, considering their recruiting interest in Florida as of late.

Take a look at his highlights here, per Hudl:

Michigan Offers 2017 3* OT
