Jaylen Kelly-Powell is a 4-star safety out of one of Detroit's premier football schools, Cass Tech.

He visited Michigan on Wednesday night and recapped his visit with MnB.

"The visit was great," he said. "Talked with Coach Zordich, Partridge, and Wheatley, then had a long talk with Coach Don Brown about the playbook, and it's crazy."

Kelly-Powell also touched on his thoughts about Harbaugh, and what he's doing in Detroit.

"(Coach Harbaugh) is talking to their families a lot," he said. "He's after the top names in the state, as many names as possible."

Kelly-Powell also has a very high regard for what Harbaugh has one for Michigan recently.

"(Harbaugh) is changing everything," he said. "He's putting them back on top, and it's pretty great."

Jourdan Lewis is an all-american cornerback for Michigan, and went to the same school as Kelly-Powell.

"Jourdan Lewis and I have a pretty good relationship," he said. "We talk a lot (about my recruitment), and a lot about Michigan."

Kelly-Powell said his relationship with Michigan's staff is great, and he informed me that Michigan is one of his top schools.

The spring game will be host to a lot of visitors, including Kelly-Powell, on April 1st.
