From West Senior High School in Iowa City, Iowa, the 6-foot-1, 190-pound receiver has offers from Iowa, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon and Western Michigan.
Martin got extra playing time for Team Hypercool during 7-on-7s at The Opening because Donovan Peoples-Jones and Nico Collins sat out the final two days with minor injuries.
Michigan quarterback commit Dylan McCaffrey hooked up for two touchdowns with Martin for Team Hypercool.

“The most surprising player here is Martin, a three-star from Iowa whose recruiting hype doesn’t match the rest,” Bud Elliott and Alex Kirshner of SB Nation wrote. “But Martin is always around the ball, and he’s got top-level hands. He made precious few mistakes.”
Martin is the 653rd overall player in the Class of 2017, according to 247Sports. He is the No. 97 wide receiver and the fifth-best player in the state of Iowa.
