Class of 2017 four-star outside linebacker Willie Gay, who is committed to Ole Miss, will visit Michigan on October 22.

Gay will visit Michigan on October 22 (vs. Illinois), Florida State on October 29 (vs. Clemson), Mississippi State on November 5 (vs. Texas A&M), Florida on November 12 (vs. South Carolina) and Ole Miss on November 26 (vs. Mississippi State).
The 6-foot-2, 215-pound linebacker is ranked No. 125 across the board in the 2017 class, according to 247Sports. He is the eighth-best outside linebacker and the third ranked player from the state of Mississippi. Gay committed to Ole Miss on June 17, 2016.
Gay, from Starkville High School in Mississippi, has offers to Ole Miss, Florida State, Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Miami (FL), Michigan, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Southern Miss, Tennessee and Texas A&M. Tyrone Wheatley and Chris Partridge have recruited Gay to Michigan.
In 2015, Gay made 84 tackles, 17 tackles for a loss, six sacks, nine pass breakups, two forced fumbled, four interceptions and one pick six. Across three varsity seasons, the athlete has 128 tackles.
