Rashan Gary and other freshman show off new Michigan uniforms

Our first look at Michigan’s freshman class in the new uniforms.

UPDATE: Michigan has a lot of doubles and triples of jersey numbers this season, but will change them as needed throughout the 2016 season.

Michigan’s Twitter account for equipment tweeted a photo of freshman receiver Dylan Crawford and freshman defensive end Rashan Gary in the new Michigan uniforms. Crawford will wear No. 1, while the top-ranked recruit in the 2016 class will wear No. 3.

Another photo was released of Gary wearing the Jordan “Jumpman” uniform that was released on August 2nd.

Here is a shot from freshman Josh Metellus and Devin Gil from in the No. 9 and No. 23. In the background, Quinn Nordin is wearing the No. 15 jersey.

Freshman defensive lineman Michael Dwumfour will take on the No. 50 uniform for Michigan in the 2016 season.

Khaleke Hudson, a freshman safety for Michigan, committed to Michigan on January 27, 2016. He will wear the No. 7 jersey.

The No. 10 uniform will be worn by Josh Uche from Columbus High School in Florida.

Freshman wide receiver Eddie McDoom is going to sport the No. 13 for the Wolverines.

Nate Johnson, a freshman wide receiver for Michigan, wearing the No. 10 jersey.

The No. 1 jersey on offense will be worn by tight end Nick Eubanks. The other top freshman tight end, Devin Asiasi, will wear No. 2 for Michigan.

Kareen Walker will rock the No. 6 jersey for Michigan. In the picture, the running back is with De’Veon Smith (No. 4) and Jourdan Lewis (No. 26).

Michigan freshman cornerback David Long is going to wear No. 22 for the Wolverines. Long was ranked as the eighth-best cornerback in the 2016 class.

Two freshman offensive lineman got a chance to wear the new Michigan “Jumpman” uniform. Andrew Vastardis will wear the No. 68 and Ben Bredeson will put on the No. 74 uniform.
