2017 3* SG/SF Anthony Gaines includes Michigan in his Top 6

The 6-foot-5, 190-pound athlete averaged 15.7 points per game on the Nike EYBL circuit.

Anthony Gaines, a 2017 three-star shooting guard and small forward, has included Michigan in his Top 6.

Along with Michigan, Gaines included Cincinnati, Northwestern, Butler, Dayton, and George Washington.

The 6-foot-5, 190-pound athlete averaged 15.7 points per game on the Nike EYBL circuit. Gaines will be a senior next season at New Hampton High School in New Hampshire.

Gaines is ranked 153rd overall in the 2017 class, according to 247Sports. He is the 34th ranked shooting guard and the third-best player in the state of New Hampshire.

His strengths include athleticism, rebounding, finishing though contact, on-ball defense, scoring on all three levels, slashing ability, and upper body strength.
