Michigan starts fall camp on August 8th and released the most updated roster on Sunday at media day. The two notable changes include the absence of junior wide receiver Freddy Canteen and junior defensive tackle Brady Pallante.

The duo are the only scholarship players who have been removed from the list since spring.
Canteen had one reception in 2015, but did not pick up any positive yards. Back in 2014, the receiver caught five passes for 22 yards and one touchdown. During seven games as a backup lineman last season, Pallante made two tackles, of which one was a solo tackle.
Multiple reports say that both players have medically retired from playing football.
