Michigan target Cesar Ruiz sets commitment date

Class of 2017 four-star center Cesar Ruiz will commit to a program on December 18th.

Ruiz is ranked as the 66th overall athlete in the 2017 class, according to 247Sports. He is the best center and the No. 14 ranked player in the state of Florida.

The four-star center will officially visit Michigan on October 1st as the Wolverines battle Wisconsin. Ruiz will also visit North Carolina, Florida and Oklahoma.

Ruiz was recruited to Michigan by Chris Partridge and Tim Drevno. He has offers to play for Michigan, Alabama, Florida State, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, LSU, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Rutgers, Temple, Arizona State, Baylor, Buffalo, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Louisville, Maryland, Miami (FL), Michigan State, Missouri, Penn State, Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Syracuse, Tennessee, UCF, Virginia, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

He will play in the Under Armour All-American on January 1st at 12:00 PM ET in Orlando, Florida.
