Per Luke Stampini of Wolverine247 (FREE), five-star 2017 cornerback Darnay Holmes (CA) was set pay a visit to Ann Arbor this weekend for the Colorado game.

When asked about the other SoCal players in Ann Arbor, Holmes said (per the article):

"Not too many Pasadena guys go to Michigan. Having David Long and Dylan Crawford there shows that Harbaugh is going to do outstanding things for guys coming out of Pasadena. Just to knowing they are up there, they're loving it, and they recommended me come up there again means a lot."

However, on Tuesday our Evan Petzold reported that Holmes would no longer be making that visit. His father says he will be holding off until games matter for teams in November to make visits.

The 247Composite lists Holmes as the second-ranked CB in the 2017 cycle and 11th overall in the nation. This will be his official visit.
