Harbaugh told the media that the only thing better than playing catch with Brady, was playing catch with his father, Jack Harbaugh.
“Two great thrills. I look back at my career of playing catch with different people.. that was right there with my Dad, playing catch with my Dad. His pre-game talk was outstanding. It was very good, very from the heart. Went through each position. Told them what they were expected to play like. The guys who have worn and played that position before at the highest level. It was great. And Tom’s got a great arm by the way. He can rip it. He can throw it well. I wish I wouldn’t have given him the wind. Big thrill.”
Brady was able to return to his alma mater on Saturday because he is currently suspend by the National Football League for four-games to open the season due to his role in the deflated football scandal from the 2015 AFC Championship Game.
Before anyone arrived on the field, Brady tossed the pigskin with his son.
The quarterback was a sixth-round pick in the 2000 NFL Draft from Michigan.
