“I like them a lot,” Harris said. “It is a great school and a great program. I can’t say they are my leader, but they are definitely a top school.”
The 6-foot-0, 210-pound linebacker does not have a leader at the moment, but is obviously thinks highly of Michigan.
“I will discuss with coach Brown this week about visiting this weekend (September 10th),” he said. “I would really love to see the coaching staff live in action.”
Harris is good friends with two Michigan commits in three-star linebacker Ben Mason and four-star running back and linebacker A.J. Dillon. Dillon committed on March 28th, while Mason made his pledge on May 3rd. Harris is also close with Michigan wide receiver target Tarik Black.
“Even through me and Tarik (Black) just met this past year, I feel like we have gotten closer since summer and ow that we are being recruited by Michigan, that brings us even closer,” Harris said. “I don’t think that anything he does or says will alter my decision.”
Harris mentioned that Penn State and Connecticut are close to offering. The duo will probably offer during the middle of his season.
