Sebastian committed to the Eagles on April 9th, but is considering a flip to play for the Wolverines. His “best friend Tarik Black and Kwity Paye” are actively trying to get the cornerback to attend Michigan.
“They are saying it’s the best of both worlds,” he said. “You have great football and academics, and Michigan plays on a big stage every weekend. They say if you want to be the best, then compete with the best.”
As a matter of fact, Sebastian will take an official visit to Michigan this weekend.

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound cornerback, who is from Cheshire Academy High School (CT), is ranked No. 1,092 in the 2017 class, according to 247Sports. He is the 114th-best at his position and the No. 7 player in the state of Connecticut.
Sebastian is “not sure” when he will make his final decision.
