Class of 2018 four-star safety Josh Proctor, from Owasso High School (OK), has earned an offer from Michigan.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pound safety is ranked No. 71 in the 2018 class, according to 247Sports. He is the sixth-best at his position and the No. 2 player in the state of Oklahoma.
Proctor has offers to play for Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Arkansas State, Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Ohio State, Texas-San Antonio.
The athlete will play in the 2018 U.S. Army All-American Bowl on January 6, 2018.
