Hall, who is a 6-foot-1, 185-pound defensive back, has offers to play for Miami (FL), West Virginia, Alabama, Tennessee, Clemson, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Indiana, Iowa State, Kentucky, Louisville, Michigan, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Syracuse, UCF, Wake Forest, Wisconsin, Appalachian State, Bowling Green, Florida Atlantic, Houston, and Marshall.
From Palm Beach Lakes High School (FL), Hall is ranked No. 267 in the 2018 class, according to 247Sports. He is the 21st-best at safety and the No. 43 ranked player in his home state.
As a junior, Hall made eight interceptions. Meanwhile, he had six picks during his sophomore season.
