Class of 2017 five-star defensive tackle Aubrey Solomon has made a decision on which school he will attend, according to Chad Simmons of Scout.
"I feel like I have found out where I am going," Solomon told Scout. "It came to me on Wednesday. I just prayed about it the night before and when I woke up, the answer came to me."
Solomon, from Lee County High School (GA), is ranked No. 25 in the 2017 class, according to 247Sports. He is the second-best defensive tackle and the No. 3 ranked player in the state of Georgia.
The defensive tackle will make his official commitment on ESPNU at 10:00 AM ET on National Signing Day, which is February 1st. He is down to Michigan, USC, Alabama, and Georgia.
"So far, I am the only person who really knows what my decision is, but that will change this weekend," he told Scout. "I plan to start letting some know here soon. I have not told any coaches or anyone what my decision is, but I will start to here soon."
Solomon said his decision was a mixture of football and academics.
"For the school I am going to, it came down to what they have been doing in football and their graduation rate," Solomon told Scout. "What they have been doing in those two areas has been pretty unbelievable.
"Those things really helped me make my decision."
