Instead of choosing a scholarship offer to Air Force, 2017 offensive guard and defensive tackle Sean Fitzgerald has committed to Michigan as a preferred walk-on.

The 6-foot-3, 295-pound athlete had offers to play for Air Force, Davenport, Northwood, Ferris State, and Saginaw Valley State, but decided to take his chances and walk-on at Michigan.

Check out Fitzgerald’s highlights with Mount Pleasant High School (MI):

Last season, Michigan stole another Air Force scholarship offer, as safety Tru Wilson declined offers from North Dakota State, Air Force, Army, Navy, and Robert Morris to attend Michigan.
