Cowherd: ‘The Big Ten is better than the SEC’

“SEC fans: Get over yourselves.”

Everyone’s favorite purveyor of hot taeks, Colin Cowherd, has unleashed a big one: He says the Big Ten is now clearly a better conference than the SEC.

It’s hard to argue with his point. The SEC’s supposed second-best team, Auburn, was humiliated by Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl and finished the year with five losses. Every team outside of Alabama lost at least four games this year.

Whereas in the Big Ten, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State and even Wisconsin all turned in solid seasons and can make claims to being among the nation’s best.
