Michigan vs. Penn State Game Thread

Participate in our game thread with us while we watch the biggest game of the season so far for U-M!

NCAA Football: Penn State at Michigan Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

We still have a few hours to go, but I am ready for this game. I have actually been ready for this game for a while.

Get ready, y’all, because it is going to be a tough, physical and great game tonight.

This is a game Michigan must win to keep its playoffs chances alive. A loss to Penn State would put the Wolverines in too deep of a hole in the Big 10 East to have a chance to go to Indianapolis this December for the Big 10 Championship. A lot of fortunate things would have to go their way, but a win makes things a whole lot easier.

Let’s get to the nitty gritty. It’s almost go time.

Game Info

Teams: No. 19 Michigan Wolverines (5-1) vs. No. 2 Penn State Nittany Lions (6-0)

Date: Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017

Location: Beaver Stadium in State College, Penn.

Kickoff: 7:30 p.m. EST

Television: ABC

Radio: Michigan/IMG Sports Network (for a list of affiliates, click here)

Spread: Penn State -9.5; O/U: 44.5

Today’s question: Will Karan Higdon and the rushing attack continue to lead the Michigan offense, or will John O’Korn and the receivers finally step up and make big plays on the big stage?

Be sure to comment along with us as the game plays out! I will actually be able to comment for once — I’m finally not (too) busy on this beautiful day of college football. No weddings or other stuff holding me back.

As the GOAT Tom Brady once said: LET’S GOOOOOO!
