One can imagine why in the world FOX picked up this game for its prime time game. There’s one reason and one reason only: Jim Harbaugh vs. P.J. Fleck. These two coaches are both intense and love the game. With the way things have been going this year for both teams, this should be a pretty interesting game to say the least.
The Wolverines are 0-2 in night games this season, losing at home to Michigan State and on the road last weekend to Penn State. Minnesota is 0-1 in night games this season, losing at home to Michigan State two weeks ago.
Michigan last played Minnesota in 2015, winning on the road in nail-biting fashion thanks to a goal line stand by the U-M defense on Minnesota’s final drive.
