Michigan Basketball has added its second commitment in as many days to the 2018 recruiting class. Shortly before 10:00 a.m. this morning, Colin Castleton revealed his decision through the Daytona Beach News-Journal. A short while later, Castleton confirmed the commitment through his Twitter account.

Castleton is the fifth commitment in Michigan’s 2018 class, which was ranked in the Top-5 of the 247Composite prior to Castleton’s announcement. Checking in at 6’10” and 215 lbs., Castleton is a continuation of Beilein’s recent effort to make the Wolverines a larger team in the front court.

Update (11:09 a.m.): Castleton has been added to the class in the 247Composite team rankings, and Michigan now finds itself with the No. 2 class in the 2018 cycle.
