Little Brown Jug Game Thread: Michigan vs. Minnesota

College football’s oldest trophy is on the line tonight

The battle for the Little Brown Jug is on tonight, and it is bound to be an interesting one at the very least. I mean, do you remember the last time Michigan and Minnesota faced each other?

Odds are Minnesota Head Coach P.J. Fleck won’t be this inept with his time management, but this was a crazy end nonetheless.

With the weather in full effect for tonight (cold, rainy, etc.), and Harbaugh vs. Fleck for the first time for college football’s oldest trophy, this is more than likely going to be a hard fought, classic Big Ten football game. Let’s get to the facts.

Game Info

Teams: Michigan Wolverines (6-2) vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers (4-4)

Date: Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017

Location: Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, Mich.

Kickoff: 7:30 p.m. EST

Television: FOX (maybe, depending on if MSU/PSU is complete by then. Will update when it’s official)

Radio: Michigan/IMG Sports Network (for a list of affiliates, click here)

Spread: Michigan -15.5; O/U: 41

Today’s question: How many times will Brandon Peters throw today? I’m putting the over/under at 14.5. It’s going to be a cold, rainy night in Ann Arbor, so I can’t imagine him throwing very much.
