It looks like former Michigan quarterback Wilton Speight won’t be playing against the Wolverines next season wherever he winds up, as there were parameters for his transfer.
Speight Tweet:
To be clear- lots of questions. No B1G/ non-conf opponent next year. Was part of agreement. No bowl game bc enrolling in Jan. Couldn’t wait til after game leaving 1 week to decide. Love y’all, go blue!

This explains why Speight won’t be on the sidelines at Michigan’s bowl game, and also narrows down his field of potential suitors (just a bit). It makes sense for Michigan to not want Speight going to a team they face in 2018, as Speight could provide far too much intel.
