Michigan defensive lineman Maurice Hurst is now 4-for-4 on being named to All-America lists.
Michigan’s fifth-year senior star was named a first-team All-American by The Sporting News Tuesday. He was also named an All-American on two lists yesterday and one list last week.

The other first-team All-Americans on the defensive line are North Carolina State’s Bradley Chubb, Clemson’s Christian Wilkins and Washington State’s Hercules Mata’afa. A full list can be seen by clicking here.
The American Football Coaches Association’s All-American list will be released tomorrow. Given the fact that Hurst has been named on every list released so far, I fully expect him to be on that list, too.
Consensus All-Americans will be crowned by the NCAA on Thursday.
