The game is still four days away, but it seems like Michigan and South Carolina are ready to suit up and beat the crap out of each other right now.
Michigan and South Carolina, like we have seen from bowl opponents all bowl season long, gathered for some friendly rounds of bowling. What we haven’t seen from bowl opponents during these bowling events is a verbal altercation or arguments of any kind.
Until now.
The Wolverines and Gamecocks were involved in a verbal disagreement of sorts Wednesday evening at the bowling alley.

Trash talk was the root of the situation, although it is not clearly known which side began the trash talk. No punches were thrown, and no one was reportedly injured, but apparently the Florida Highway Patrol helped settled the situation according to MLive’s Aaron McMann.
Michigan and South Carolina will kick off at noon on ESPN 2 on Monday, Jan. 1.
