Class of 2018 four-star tight end Malcolm Epps has decommitted from Alabama, according to Chris Kirschner of SEC Country.

"I love Alabama, but I didn't feel like I was getting the full recruiting process," Epps told 247Sports, "so I opened it back up."

Epps told 247Sports that his Top 3 at this point are Texas A&M, Alabama, and Michigan. However, he told Rivals that his fathers favorite school is Michigan.

The 6-foot-6, 220-pound athlete is ranked No. 129 in the 2018 class, according to 247Sports Composite. He is the sixth-best tight end and the No. 13 ranked player from the state of Texas.

In 2016 for Dekaney High School (TX), Epps caught eight passes for 121 yards.

Epps committed to Alabama on February 27, 2016, then decommitted just under a year later. He has offers to play for Alabama, Florida State, LSU, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio State, Texas, and Texas A&M.
