Class of 2019 linebacker Anthony Solomon told Maize n Brew that he has named Michigan as his No. 1 school.
“Michigan was my first visit but I felt confident with my interactions with the coaches and I loved the people of Ann Arbor,” Solomon said. “I’ll be back up for the spring game.”
The athlete from St. Thomas Aquinas High School (FL) will visit Ann Arbor on April 15th for the Michigan Spring Game.

Solomon has offers to play for Michigan, Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, East Carolina, Florida State, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisville, LSU, Maryland, Miami (FL), Michigan State, Mississippi State, Missouri, N.C. State, Northern Illinois, Ohio State, Purdue, Rutgers, South Carolina, Temple, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
“I am close with coach (Devin) Bush and Devin Bush Jr.,” he mentioned. “I grew up looking up to Devin. When I was there, he was telling me about his experience. He loves it there. I think he wants me to come.”

Solomon said that Clemson, Michigan, and Michigan State are the schools looking at him the most. He will take a visit to Clemson in March.
As for potentially playing with Aubrey Solomon, he said, “Playing with another Solomon would be nice.”
