The 6-foot-1, 210-pound athlete will also visit Georgia, Louisville, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Purdue, Central Michigan, Toledo, and Bowling Green.
Johnson is ranked No. 374 in the 2018 class, according to 247Sports Composite. He is the 15th-best inside linebacker and is ranked 19th in the state of Ohio. He has offers to play for Kentucky, Michigan, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Cincinnati, Indiana, Iowa, Louisville, Ohio, Toledo, and West Virginia.
He committed to Michigan on March 21st, then decided to decommit on September 9th. He told Maize n Brew on his decommitment date, “I feel that me and Jim Harbaugh have a great relationship. But me and my linebacker coach (Chris Partridge) don’t and I know he had control of my playing time and me and his relationship wasn’t as tight as me and coach Harbaugh’s. So I think it was my best decision to part ways.”
