Michigan Basketball vs. Oklahoma State: How to Watch and GameThread

The Wolverines look to keep the momentum going into the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

And so it begins. Michigan enters the NCAA Tournament after four incredible games and one life-changing event, certainly making themselves one of the hottest teams in the country. With a Big Ten Tournament Championship already under their belt, the Wolverines are looking to add to their success in a March to remember.

Early struggles in conference play pushed Michigan down to a No. 7 seed, giving them an uphill road to the Sweet 16 and beyond. First in their path is Oklahoma State, another under-seeded squad and one of the most dangerous teams on offense in the nation. Though the Cowboys have dropped their last three games, they will pose a significant challenge to the maize and blue.

Michigan will need to take advantage of the sub-par defense of their opponents (ranked just 135th on Kenpom) and continue to find ways to score when the threes are not always falling, as they were able to do in Washington, D.C. last weekend. This is a game that the Wolverines can win, but with the immediate aftermath of the plane crash and conference tournament now in the rear-view mirror, they must bring a new energy and spark into the madness.
