Class of 2018 three-star wide receiver Anthony Schwartz from Fort Lauderdale (FL) American Heritage High School told Maize n Brew that he is planning to visit Michigan.
He also included Michigan in his Top 10, which features Florida, Auburn, Georgia, USC, LSU, Oregon, Miami (FL), Notre Dame, Louisville, and the Wolverines.

The 6-foot-0, 170-pound athlete picked up an offer from Michigan on March 9th. All in all, Schwartz has scholarship offers to play for Florida, Miami (FL), Auburn, Baylor, Fresno State, Georgia, Iowa State, Kentucky, Louisville, LSU, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi State, N.C. State, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oregon, Rutgers, Syracuse, Temple, UCLA, USC, USF, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Wisconsin.
“I have a lot of interest in Michigan,” he said. “Mainly because of their great history of football.”
The wide receiver is ranked No. 407 in the 2018 class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is the 70th-best at his position and the No. 67 ranked player in the state of Florida.
Schwartz, who will compete in The Opening Finals in Beaverton, Oregon, mentioned that he is good friends with Michigan tight end Nick Eubanks.
“He hasn’t really told me a lot about Michigan yet,” Schwartz said of Eubanks, who was apart of U-M’s 2016 recruiting class.
During the 2016 season, Schwartz caught three passes for 131 yards and a touchdown in nine games. He added seven carries for 129 yards and two scores.
