Class of 2019 cornerback Xavier Goldsmith and four-star running back Jaren Mangham will visit Michigan soon, Goldsmith told Maize n Brew.
“I’m visiting (Michigan) with my teammate Jaren Mangham,” he said. “Don’t know the exact date, but soon.”
Mangham, a 6-foot-1, 210-pound running back, is ranked No. 72 in the 2019 class, according to 247Sports. He is the eight-best athlete and the No. 3 ranked player in the state of Michigan.
Both Goldsmith, a 5-foot-8, 150-pound defensive back, and Mangham are looking for offers from coach Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines.
Regarding if Michigan will offer, Goldsmith said, “In a matter of time, yes.” Right now, he is receiving a ton of interest from Mississippi State, Toledo, Rutgers, UCLA, and SMU.
Mangham has offers to play for Michigan State, Ball State, Central Michigan, Cincinnati, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Missouri, and Toledo. Meanwhile, Goldsmith has offers to play for Army, Ball State, Cincinnati, Colorado, Howard, Jackson State, Kent State, Mississippi State, Morgan State, Temple, and Toledo.
During the 2016 season, Goldsmith visited Michigan on August 6th and September 17th. Mangham joined Goldsmith for the September 17th visit.
