Class of 2018 three-star linebacker Brian Asamoah visited Michigan on April 8th and plans to take another trip to Ann Arbor in the summer.
“I don’t have a numebr one right now or I would be committed,” he said. “But Michigan is definitely a top school of mine. I plan on coming back in the summer.”
Asamoah has offers to play for Cincinnati, Kentucky, Michigan, Penn State, Pittsburgh, UCLA, West Virginia, Arizona State, Boston College, Buffalo, Colorado State, Duke, Eastern Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa State, Michigan State, Minnesota, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Purdue, Rutgers, Toledo, and Wisconsin.
The 6-foot-0, 205-pound linebacker is ranked No. 639 in the 2018 class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is the 47th-best at his potion and the 28th ranked player in the state of Ohio.
Regarding Asamoah’s visit to Michigan on April 8th, he said, “it was an amazing experience.”
At The Opening Regional in Cleveland, he earned linebacker MVP honors.
