Class of 2019 small forward Quinn Slazinski, from Houston (TX) Westbury Christian, is planning to visit Michigan in May.

“Sometime around May,” he told Maize n Brew. “Definitely in the summer though.”

The 6-foot-6, 200-pound athlete has offers to play for California, Georgia Tech, Houston, Oklahoma State, Rice, TCU, Texas, Texas A&M, and Tulane.

“My whole family is from Michigan,” Slazinski mentioned. “I grew up there but I have never had a chance to visit Ann Arbor. I’m looking forward to it.”

Slazinski has a lot of ties to the University of Michigan, including the fact that his cousin attends the school.

“My cousin attends U-of-M and she says it’s beautiful,” he said. “She’s said only good things about it, so seeing the campus and meeting the coaches will probably be the highlight.”

On Tuesday, Michigan assistant coach Jeff Meyer visited Westbury Christian High School to see Slazinski.

Slazinski has recently unofficially visited Michigan State (Jan. 29), TCU (Feb. 4), and Texas (Feb. 25).
