Yeah, it’s one of Michigan’s iconic positions historically. But it’s also one of the most exciting right now - after all, the Wolverines lose as much as 80% of their offense here, but they get to turn the ball over to young studs from a historic recruiting class who by all accounts are ready to kick some Butt. Er, figure of speech.
But who will be the one to take the lead? Receiving is a tough business if you’re the fourth- or fifth-best guy on the team. Even if you’re a world-beater, you’re still riding the bench. So, who stands out above the rest is important.
Will it be DPJ, the Chosen One, in his first year on campus? Will it be one of the other freshmen - Tarik Black, Nico Collins or the slot viper, Oliver Martin? Or will one of the veterans lead the way - Drake Harris, perhaps, or Kekoa Crawford?

A tight end
It’s hard to bet against any of them, which makes this one of the safest bets overall compared to other positions with new starters.
Something tells me we’ll all be waiting for DPJ to take it over, though.
