Michigan fans have come to appreciate Amara Darboh’s clutch catches and all-around good game, but his next task will be a little tougher: make a home in the NFL.
He’ll get that chance in Seattle, where the young star will need to show his ability to play sound, fundamental football and just make plays. Luckily, he’s in an organization that’s found a way to do just that, with often overlooked talent through the draft.
Is Darboh the tallest, fastest or strongest? No, but he knows he won’t need to be to catch balls from Russell Wilson, and Harbaugh’s been a great teacher at getting the best from him so far. Now, it’s on to a former rival.
We wish him the best of luck at the next level.
