Class of 2019 four-star wide receiver and safety Theo Wease told Maize n Brew that he plans to visit Michigan in the summer.
“My parents and I have chatted about it,” he said, regarding a trip to Ann Arbor. “I will come sometime this summer.”
Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh is one of the main reasons why Wease is so interested in playing for the Maize and Blue.
“He’s a great man and coach,” said Wease. “I would love to be coached by him.”
The 6-foot-3, 189-pound wide receiver from Allen (TX) High School has offers to play for Oklahoma, Auburn, Baylor, Colorado, Florida State, Georgia, Houston, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa State, Kansas, LSU, Miami (FL), Michigan, Mississippi State, Missouri, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Oregon, SMU, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas Tech, Texas-San Antonio, UCLA, Utah, Washington, and Washington State.
“I don’t know about top schools as of right now,” he mentioned. “I still need to make some more visits.”
Wease is ranked No. 32 in the 2019 class, according to 247Sports. He is the seventh-best wide receiver and is ranked No. 3 in the state of Texas.
