When Michigan offered 2019 cornerback Jaden Davis out of St. Thomas Aquinas, he was shocked. “It was crazy I would’ve never thought I would receive an offer from such a great school, such as Michigan.”
The 5-foot-11, 165 pound corner has offers from 34 schools, including: Michigan, Ohio State, Nebraska, Florida, Louisville, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, and others.
“I don’t have a top teams list, but should be cutting the list down soon this summer, when I go on visits.” Davis told Maize N Brew. Davis is scheduled to visit sometime this summer. “I will hopefully visit with my friend (fellow Michigan target) Anthony Solomon.”
“One thing I like about Michigan is the family aspect, they’re all one family,” Davis said. “Coach Zordich is probably the one I keep in touch with the most. Like I said earlier, it’s all one big family, and I am pretty close with him.”
Although Davis is in the class of 2019 he plans to narrow his list down this summer. “Some major aspects that will go into my decision will be, where it feels like home, and where I think I fit in the scheme the most, and Michigan might be that place.”
Davis, doesn’t have a top teams list, and as mentioned earlier he will look to narrow the list down this summer. However Davis does have a few other schools he likes, Florida and Nebraska.
“Florida, I plan to visit this summer, they’re DBU, they know how to produce year in and year out, at my position.”
“Nebraska is a school with a great and crazy fanbase, also I have a pretty good relationship with the coaches, and they teach you more than just football.”
Davis only has one visit scheduled this summer so far, and that is Michigan, however he still expects to have a busy summer with visits.
