After a five-game stint with the Miami Heat in the NBA Summer League, former Michigan basketball player Zak Irvin is now taking his talents...not to South Beach, but to Italy.
Irvin signed a deal on Monday to play with VL Pesaro out of Pesaro, Italy. It is not immediately known how long or how much the contract is for.

The article linked above compliments Irvin’s high IQ by knowing the game and reading tactical situations. It also compliments him for attacking the basket and his “good propensity to rebound.”
VL Pesaro plays in the Lega Basketball Serie A (LBA).
Irvin averaged 25 minutes, 3.8 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists in the five games he played with the Heat in the NBA Summer League.
