Michigan recently offered 2018 QB Kevin Doyle out of Washington D.C.
Doyle decided to jump on board with the 2018 class about just as fast as he was offered, committing today (Sunday, Sept. 24) to the Wolverines. Doyle is the second quarterback commit in the 2018 class along with 4-star Joe Milton.
Michigan now has 14 commits in the 2018 class, and this class figures to be a relatively small class.
Doyle is a 3-star quarterback that stands 6-foot-4 and weights 210 pounds; very Wilton Speight-like.
Doyle caught Pep Hamilton’s eye while playing on ESPN, according to Allen Trieu of Scout.
Interesting note that Doyle says #Michigan passing game coordinator saw his game on ESPN and that's how this recent interest began. https://t.co/kBq74AkTfh

There has been some speculation that Joe Milton may de-commit, but he seems very solid to the Wolverines. Michigan was actively looking for a second quarterback regardless.
Doyle chose the Wolverines over Ole Miss, West Virginia and others. He also received offers from Big 10 schools Purdue, Indiana, Nebraska and Iowa, along with other Power-5 schools.
