Michigan moves up to No. 12 in AP Top 25

With another win, Michigan will be in the top ten

The Michigan Wolverines improved to 5-1 on the season after beating the Maryland Terrapins 42-21 on Saturday and find themselves rising in the polls.

- Michigan moves up from No. 15 to No. 12 in the AP Top 25 Poll and from No. 16 to No. 13 in the Amway Coaches Poll

  • Michigan State drops from No. 20 to unranked
  • Wisconsin will head into the matchup next Saturday against Michigan sitting at No. 15
  • Penn State moved up from No. 11 to No. 8
  • Ohio State remained at No. 3
  • Notre Dame is 6-0 and is now ranked No. 5

Michigan is set to begin their most challenging stretch of games this season, with Wisconsin, Michigan State, and Penn State being their next three tilts.
