Maize n Brew is looking to add you to our growing staff

Maize n Brew has the distinction of being one of the more well-known entities in a Michigan Wolverines market that is as saturated as it gets as it pertains to blogs and outlets emerging to cover the team.

We are extremely proud of what we have built here, but it is time for more troops as we continue to grow and build and make this a unique spot for Michigan coverage on the internet.

That is where you come in.

We are not just looking for writers. Anybody can type words or ramble about a topic. We are looking for people with experience in the field of journalism with elements of broadcasting that are looking to get reps in an ever-changing media environment. And we want to highlight your personalities and help it shine through in your work.

We are looking to expand our coverage in the following areas:

• Football and Basketball Recruiting
• Football coverage
• Basketball coverage
• Video
• Graphics
• Podcasting
• Student corespondent on campus at Michigan
• Social media

All options are on the table. We are looking to first and foremost find good people that are self-starters and work hard, well with others and do not mind being coached. Previous experience is highly preferred, but not necessarily required.
