We’ve reached the finale of our countdown, and I’m sure everyone knew what was coming here. With that said, here’s the list so far.
#5 - Bench Mob’s thrashing of Texas A&M
#4 - Teske and his theft of Isaac Haas’ soul
#3 - Florida State bends the knee to King Duncan
#2 - Charles Matthews laughs at Nick Ward
Jordan Poole’s shot to send Michigan to the Sweet Sixteen will be one of those shots that Wolverines fans will never forget. It’s right up there with Trey Burke’s shot against Kansas. Which, ya know what, here’s that too:
5 years ago today Trey Burke hit the shot heard around the world. Still just as amazing to this day 〽️ pic.twitter.com/OLb1aA5W8o

I’m going to be fully honest with you all - the Houston game is mostly a blur until MAAR’s missed lay-up and then Poole’s miracle. That’s what happens when the game starts after 9PM on St Patricks day, fellas.
The shot was sobering in the absolute best way. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much pure joy from a person in my entire life. LOOK AT THIS!
First, the shot - which was a beautifully designed play and took exceptional execution on behalf of Livers and MAAR to even get the ball to Poole.

This run has been incredible, and I am not ready for it to end. Get passed Loyola tonight and then it’s time for everyone to prepare for their shining moment. Jordan Poole certainly did.
