And there it is. The 7-foot German goes off the board at No. 25 to the Los Angeles Lakers. Wagner will join Lonzo Ball and Kyle Kuzma (and maybe LeBron) who are coming off a surprising season where they finished 11th in the Western Conference.
Mo was Michigan’s best player in 2017-18, leading the way to a National Championship runner-up season, falling just short against Villanova back in April. He put up averages of 14.6 points and 7.1 boards per game. Those averages jumped to 20 points and 11 boards when the team reached San Antonio.
