Hill chose the Wolverines over 26 other schools that offered him. This includes Alabama, Oklahoma State, Clemson, Oklahoma and Ohio State. His commitment comes just days after he visited Ann Arbor.
Hill is the 23rd commitment of the 2019 class for Michigan.
The 6-foot, 186-pound defensive back is the fifth five-star recruit Jim Harbaugh has landed in his time with Michigan. This includes Donovan Peoples-Jones (No. 12 overall in 2017), Rashan Gary (No. 1 in 2016), Aubrey Solomon (No. 23 overall in 2017) and Chris Hinton (No. 24 overall in 2019).
Hill is the fastest player in his class according to multiple scouts. He ran a 4.3-second 40-yard dash while adding a 43.6-inch vertical jump and 4.22-second shuttle run.
