Michigan fans wanted to see more of running back Chris Evans against Notre Dame. Evans was used sparingly and didn’t receive a rushing attempt until the second half.
Well, a week removed from that loss, Evans looked good on his first carry of the game en route to a scoring touchdown versus the Western Michigan Broncos in the first quarter.

Evans displayed good vision on the rush, making a swift cutback, then quickly accelerating through the hole.
The score put Michigan ahead 21-0.
