Michigan Football has learned its fate in both polls released on Sunday after the 28-21 loss at Penn State, dropping to No. 19 in the AP Poll and No. 20 in the Coaches Poll.
In a weekend that wasn’t slated with several marquee ranked opponent games, it delivered some amazing endings. With 24 of the top-25 in action for week eight, six added a loss to their record with a monster upset by Illinois over undefeated Wisconsin.

The Wolverines are back at it against a huge rival when they take on Notre Dame on Saturday night from the Big House. While Michigan needs a lot of help now to win the Big Ten, this win would help get that winning percentage against top-10 teams up for Jim Harbaugh. No added dates are on the calendar for these two teams, so both programs hope to end on a winning note.
