What does the role entail?

This writer will handle our coverage of Michigan’s recruiting efforts. There may be opportunities to write about other facets of Michigan sports. This is a remote, part-time, contract role compensated with a monthly stipend.

What qualifications should you have?

Our best candidates will:

• Have a passion for the Wolverines and will already be familiar with Maize n Brew’s voice and style.
• Have a solid understanding of Michigan athletics and recruiting.
• Be able to produce and edit clean copy.
• Be comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Previous sportswriting experience is preferred.
